Hi, I’m Ian and I’ve been working at the Dental Studio for 6 months. I qualified in 2008, and I’ve been working in private practice in Essex for the last 5 years. Although I’m a general dentist, I also have a special interest in Orthodontics and I’m currently studying for my MSc at Warwick University. Straightening teeth allows beautiful smiles to be achieved without the need for lots of invasive dentistry, and this is my real passion.

I’m really enjoying being part of the Dental Studio team, it’s one of the friendliest and most advanced practices I’ve worked in. In addition the manager isn’t too scary (most of the time!). I hope to be caring for the patients here for a very long time.

Outside of work, I’ve been married to my wife Laura for 7 years, and we have a 2 year old son Rory. I enjoy playing hockey and watching rugby.
